Refund Policy

Effective date: September 6, 2026

This policy explains how ClickSling handles cancellations and refunds. ClickSling is provided by Ad Giants Ventures, LLC. This policy currently applies to purchases made in the United States, and forms part of, and should be read with, the ClickSling Terms of Service.

Free trial

ClickSling offers a 30-day free trial, and no credit card is required to begin it. The free trial lets you evaluate ClickSling before you purchase anything.

The free trial is a separate matter from the refund terms described below. It does not create a refund right for Monthly Subscription payments, and it does not replace or limit the Perpetual License refund terms in this policy.

Monthly Subscriptions

ClickSling Monthly Subscriptions are marketed as “RENT” and are billed month to month.

You may cancel a Monthly Subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewal charges, and you keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, subject to the Terms. There is no partial or prorated refund for an unused portion of a billing period, and no cancellation or termination fee is charged simply for cancelling.

Monthly Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Perpetual License purchases

ClickSling’s one-time purchase option is marketed as “OWN.” Legally, it is the purchase of a ClickSling Perpetual License — a continuing right to use ClickSling for the location tier purchased, subject to the Terms. It is not a purchase of the ClickSling software, source code, platform, technology, trademarks, or intellectual property, which remain owned by Ad Giants Ventures, LLC.

A customer may request a full refund of a Perpetual License purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. Refund requests must be made directly to ClickSling and are reviewed and processed manually outside the ClickSling platform.

After 30 days from the purchase date, a Perpetual License purchase is no longer eligible for a full refund under this policy. We understand that circumstances vary, however, and customers may contact ClickSling to discuss their situation. Any partial refund or other accommodation offered after the first 30 days will be determined individually by Ad Giants Ventures, LLC based on the circumstances, which may include the length of time ClickSling has been available for use.

If a Perpetual License purchase is refunded in full, the refunded Perpetual License terminates and continued use of ClickSling under that license is no longer authorized.

Perpetual License upgrades

Moving to a larger location tier is a Perpetual License upgrade: a separate one-time Perpetual License transaction. For the purposes of this policy, a Perpetual License upgrade is treated the same way as a Perpetual License purchase, and the 30-day period runs from the date of the upgrade purchase.

If a Perpetual License upgrade is refunded in full, the customer’s Perpetual License rights revert to the location tier held immediately before the refunded upgrade.

Additional AI generations

Purchases of additional AI generations are generally non-refundable. If Ad Giants Ventures, LLC approves a refund as an exception, any generations already added to the account will not be removed.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email ClickSling Support at support@adgiants.com with the subject REFUND REQUEST.

Every refund request is reviewed by Ad Giants Ventures, LLC personnel. ClickSling does not calculate, determine, or issue refunds automatically.

To cancel a Monthly Subscription, you can do so at any time from the billing page in your ClickSling account.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, consistent with the ClickSling Terms of Service.
