What does “OWN” mean?
ClickSling Perpetual License — plain-English explanation
When ClickSling says “OWN,” we mean a Perpetual License.
You make a one-time payment for the continuing right to use ClickSling for the location tier you purchase, subject to the ClickSling Terms of Service. There is no recurring ClickSling software subscription fee for that licensed tier.
What you get
• A Perpetual License to use ClickSling
• Coverage for the location tier you purchased
• No recurring ClickSling software subscription fee
• The ability to upgrade to a larger location tier by paying the applicable upgrade amount
What “OWN” does not mean
A Perpetual License is a right to use ClickSling. You do not acquire ownership of the ClickSling software, source code, platform, technology, trademarks, or intellectual property. Those remain the property of Ad Giants Ventures, LLC.
Optional and usage-based services
A Perpetual License means there is no recurring ClickSling software subscription fee for your purchased tier. It does not by itself make every optional, usage-based, third-party, or separately priced service free indefinitely — for example additional AI generations beyond the allocation included with your account, storage beyond included allocations, optional add-ons, third-party services, and services that are separately priced in the future.
Services included with your account when you purchase are not removed or separately billed because of this page.
